Cancellation Policy:
Our goal for every scheduled booking is to provide the services ordered, for any reason should it be necessary to change or terminate a scheduled booking we will be as accommodating as our schedule will allow to meet your needs.
Please note that we do require a minimum payment up front upon checkout to reserve your desired unit. This deposit is not refundable, but will be be credited towards your full balance. If you cancel within 7 days of your event, we will retain this deposit as as a raincheck for one full year towards a future rental.- Cancellations made AFTER 8:00am the day prior to your reservation will be non-refundable.
- Cancellations with 7 days or more notice prior to your scheduled rental qualify for a refund, minus the deposit which will be available as a raincheck (see above).
- Cancellations made BEFORE 8:00am the day prior and up to 6 days prior to your scheduled rental may be rescheduled and payments credited toward any available future date and or rental items.
- All credit card refunds are subject to a $20.00 non-refundable processing fee.
